How do SIA Collective drops work?

Most of our releases are exclusive drops with limited quantities. We often operate on a pre-order basis to ensure high quality and exclusivity, meaning shipping times may vary depending on the specific release date mentioned on the product page.

Domestic orders typically ship within 5-7 business days for in-stock items. For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping window provided during checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I return or exchange my items?

Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is proven to be defective or the incorrect size/style was sent by our fulfillment team.

How do I know what size to order?

Detailed size charts are available on each product page. Our footwear generally fits true to size, but we recommend checking specific product descriptions for 'runs small' or 'runs large' advisories before purchasing.
